IN HOME CONSULTATION
Following an initial discussion via phone or email, we schedule a convenient time to meet with our clients in the comfort of their own home for a complimentary, in-person consultation. During this session, we delve into their specific requirements, exchange ideas, and explore potential solutions, including any necessary product recommendations. This personalized approach allows us to gain a comprehensive understanding of our clients' needs, enabling us to craft a meticulously tailored plan for their project.
Our home consultations typically last approximately an hour and incur no cost to our clients.
PERSONNAL SHOPPING
For clients needing organizational supplies and styling products, we provide a curated list of recommended items for purchase. Once the client approves the selection, we take care of the entire ordering process to ensure a smooth implementation.
Please note that personal shopping is an optional service and not required for organizing a client's space. However, for those who choose personal shopping assistance, a service fee of £500 will apply, in addition to the cost of the purchases. If the total value of the approved purchases exceeds £300, we will request a deposit equal to the value of the purchases
For larger Furniture Sourcing projects, we will provide a quote for each individual room based on the specific requirements of the space.
PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION
Every project is different, but for most of our projects - home organisation sessions - our team follows a tried-and-tested process of micro-categorisation, organisation, storage and, finally, styling.
While relocation projects often need a larger team, we find that decluttering projects are best suited for a smaller, more personalized approach. However, we are always flexible and ready to accommodate our clients' needs, ensuring a seamless experience while maintaining a discreet presence throughout.
Styling and organizing is charged at an hourly rate of £80 per organiser.
